This guide shows how to use LanderLab, from your first page to a live campaign that collects and routes leads. It walks through every main area of the platform in the order most teams use it, with a link to the full guide for each feature.

How to use LanderLab, step by step

Most campaigns follow the same path. Each step links to the section of this guide that covers it.

How to find your way around

Everything starts from the left sidebar. Use the workspace selector at the top to switch workspaces, then open the area you need.

How to create a landing page

The LanderLab AI prompt screen asking what you want to create, with preset prompts for advertorial, listicle, pre-sell, and pay-per-call pages
Every page starts from Landing Pages > Add Landing Page. Pick the method closest to what you already have. Keep pages organized with folders. To reuse a layout that works, duplicate the page.

How to edit a page in the visual editor

The visual editor is a drag and drop canvas. Pages are built from sections, and every element lives inside a section. Select any element to change its content and style in the side panel.

How to build and edit with the AI Assistant

The Connectors menu in the AI Assistant prompt box with connected apps and the Manage connectors option
The AI Assistant sits next to the canvas in the editor. Describe what you want in plain English. It plans the work, then builds, rewrites, or fixes the page for you. Click + in the prompt box to give it more to work with:
  • Attach files, take a screenshot, or add context from another landing page. See add context.
  • Skills are reusable instructions for tasks like CRO audits or offer copy. Manage them from + > Skills > Manage skills or Settings > Skills. See skills.
  • Connectors let the AI use data from other apps and MCP servers. Add one from Settings > Connectors > Add connector. See connectors.
Every request uses AI credits, and your balance is shown below the prompt box. For prompt tips, see optimize with AI.

How to build a quiz funnel

Flow Map view in the quiz builder, showing every quiz step laid out as a connected visual map
A quiz funnel is a multi-step flow that qualifies visitors before they submit. You add it as a Quiz element inside a landing page, so it uses the same domains, integrations, and analytics as any page. Drag the Quiz element onto the canvas. Then generate it with AI, start from a template, or build it from scratch.

How to reuse sections with Global Blocks

The Global Blocks screen in LanderLab, listing reusable blocks such as navbars and footers
A global block is a section, such as a navbar, footer, or offer CTA, that you build once and place on many pages. Edit the original, and every page that uses it updates automatically. Open Assets > Global Blocks, click Add Global Block, and create it with AI, from a preset, or from scratch. Then add it to any page.
Put your offer link inside a global block. Swapping offers then becomes one change instead of one edit per page.

How to publish on your own domain

The Domains screen in LanderLab settings, listing connected domains with their status
1

Add a domain

Go to Settings > Domains and click Add Domain. LanderLab checks your DNS and recommends Cloudflare or Manual DNS. Only admins can add domains.
2

Wait for Active

The domain shows as Pending until your DNS changes propagate, then switches to Active.
3

Publish the page

Open the page, click Publish, and choose the domain and URL path. See publish a landing page.
Changes do not go live on their own. After you edit a page or add an integration, republish it.
Once a domain is active, its Settings let you disable indexing for the whole domain, set a custom 404 page, and add global scripts to every page on it.

How to connect integrations and pixels

Google Sheets listed in the LanderLab integrations panel, with the Add button
Integrations send your leads and conversion events to other tools. To connect one, open a landing page and click Add Integration.
Most integrations, including CRMs, pixels, and LeadByte, are saved globally and reused across pages. Webhook, LeadsPedia, LeadProsper, and Phonexa are set up on each page instead. CRM integrations also require you to map the email field before you can continue.

How to manage your leads

The Leads tab of a landing page in LanderLab, listing collected leads in a table
Every form and quiz submission is stored as a lead. Open a landing page and click the Leads tab to view, filter, export, or delete leads.
  • Partial leads capture visitors who started a multi-step flow but left before finishing.
  • AI Lead Insights summarizes trends, anomalies, and data quality issues in your leads.
  • Bypass saving leads sends regulated data straight to your CRM without storing it in LanderLab.

How to automate lead handling with Workflows

The workflow node search panel, with nodes grouped into Internal logic and Actions
Workflows run automatically every time a connected landing page captures a lead. You build them on a visual canvas. A Lead trigger starts the flow, conditions decide the path, and actions send the data.
  • Conditions: Filter, If, Switch, and Delay nodes.
  • Actions: HTTP requests, Google Sheets, CRMs, lead distribution platforms, Meta CAPI, and ClickFlare.
  • Runs: see each lead’s path through the workflow, including any failed step.
Workflows is in BETA. Available nodes may change.

How to measure and improve results

The Overview tab of a landing page, showing page views, clicks, leads, and conversions
  • Landing page analytics shows page views, clicks, leads, and conversions per page and per variant, with device and country breakdowns. You find it on the page’s Overview tab.
  • Reporting compares every published page side by side. Sort by conversion rate to find your best pages.
  • Conversion tracking defines which clicks and submissions count as conversions.
  • A/B testing splits traffic between variants and lets you adjust the weights. When a test ends, set the winner as the main variant.
All variants share the same public URL and rotate server side, so testing stays compliant with Google and Meta ad policies.
