Personalize 404 Not Found Page - LanderLab Docs

When someone opens a URL on your domain that does not match a published lander, LanderLab shows a fallback page. You can keep the default 404 or send those visitors to a page of your own.

Where to find it

Open Settings > Domains, click the three-dot menu (…) next to the domain, and select Settings. The Fallback Page section is on the General tab.

Settings is only available once a domain is Active.

The two options

Option	What happens
Default 404	LanderLab’s standard 404 page. Active by default, nothing to configure.
Custom URL	Visitors are redirected to a URL you enter.

To use your own page, select Custom URL, enter the full URL, and click Save.

The custom URL must be publicly accessible. It can be another landing page, or any page on a site you run.

Tips

Keep the design consistent with your brand.
Add a clear way back, such as a link to your main landing page.
On lead generation campaigns, an opt-in form on that page recovers visitors who would otherwise be lost.
