LL KIT
LanderLab integrates directly with ConvertKit (now called Kit) to send leads to your account in real time. Every form submission on your landing page or quiz funnel is forwarded to ConvertKit automatically, so no manual exports are needed.

What you need before you start

  • A ConvertKit (Kit) account
  • A V4 API key from your Kit Developer settings

Step 1: Get your ConvertKit V4 API key

  1. Log in to your Kit account.
  2. Click your account name in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
  3. Go to the Developer section.
  4. Under V4 Keys, copy an existing key or click Add a new key to create one.
Use a V4 key, not the legacy V3 key. The V3 key is listed separately and is only needed for older third-party integrations.

Step 2: Add ConvertKit in LanderLab

  1. In LanderLab, open your landing page or quiz funnel.
  2. Go to Integrations and select ConvertKit.
  3. Enter a name for this connection (for example, “ConvertKit”).
  4. Paste your V4 API key into the API Key field.
  5. Click Add ConvertKit.

Step 3: Map your form fields

After connecting, LanderLab loads your form fields on the left and your ConvertKit fields on the right.
  1. For each field you want to send, use the dropdown on the right to select the matching ConvertKit field.
  2. You must map your Email field to a ConvertKit field to proceed. All other fields are optional.
  3. Leave any fields set to Select field if you do not want to send them.
  4. Click Continue when done.

Step 4: Review and activate

LanderLab shows a summary of your configuration before activating:
  • Form: the ConvertKit form or profile the leads will be sent to
  • Field mapping: the fields that will be passed with each submission
If everything looks correct, click Connect ConvertKit. Your integration is now active. Every new lead will be sent to ConvertKit in real time.

Troubleshooting

Leads are not appearing in ConvertKit Make sure you used a V4 API key and not the legacy V3 key. V3 keys will not work with this integration. A field is missing from the ConvertKit dropdown Custom fields must be created in ConvertKit before they appear in LanderLab. Add the field in your Kit account settings, then reconnect the integration.
