OTP (One-Time Password) verification allows you to confirm a user’s phone number by sending a verification code via SMS. The user must enter this code to continue.
This helps ensure high-quality, verified leads.
Important Requirement
The OTP field must be placed after the Phone Number field.

- Detects the phone number from the previous field
- Sends the SMS verification code to that number
If the OTP field is not placed after, it will not work correctly.
How to Add OTP Verification
1. Add a Phone Number Field
- Make sure your step includes a Phone Number Input Field
- This is where the user enters their number
2. Add the OTP Field
- Click Add Block
- Select OTP Field
- Place it directly below the Phone Number field
- Select the OTP block to open settings
- Adjust:
- Name (optional)
- Placeholder text
- Button text (e.g., “Send Code”)
- Styling as needed
4. Save and Test
- Click Update
- Publish or Republish your landing page
Test the flow:
- Enter a valid phone number
- You should receive an SMS code
- Enter the code to proceed
