Phone Number Validation is a built-in feature of the Phone Number Input Field that ensures users enter valid and properly formatted phone numbers.
This helps improve lead quality and reduces invalid or incomplete submissions.
How to Enable Phone Number Validation
1. Open the Quiz Builder
- Navigate to your landing page
- Click Edit Quiz
- Go to the step where the phone number field is located
2. Select the Phone Number Field
- Click on the Phone Number Input Field
- The settings panel will open
3. Enable Validation
- Locate the Phone Validation setting
- Click Enable to activate validation
When enabled, the system will automatically check if the entered number is valid before allowing the user to continue.
To disable validation, simply click Disable.
4. Save and Test
- Click Update
- Publish or Republish your landing page
Test the field by entering:
- Valid phone numbers → should pass
- Incorrect or incomplete numbers → should be blocked
