Steps are the core building blocks of your flow. Each step represents a stage in your quiz or form, helping you guide users through a structured experience.
Managing steps properly helps you keep your flow organized, clear, and easy to navigate.
Add a Step
You can add a new step in two ways:
- Scroll to the bottom of your flow and click Add Step
- Duplicate an existing step to reuse its layout and settings
⚠️ Steps can only be added at the end of the flow or created by duplicating an existing step.
Move a Step
To change the order of steps:
- Use the drag handle next to the step
- Drag it to your desired position in the flow
Duplicate a Step
- Right-click on a step
- Select Duplicate
The duplicated step will appear immediately after the original.
Delete a Step
- Right-click on the step
- Select Delete
If you delete a step by mistake, you can undo it using:
- Ctrl + Z (Windows)
- Cmd + Z (Mac)
Rename a Step
- Go to the left panel
- Click on the step name
- Type a new name
Important Notes
- Steps cannot be copy-pasted directly - use Duplicate instead
- Steps are always created in sequence to keep the flow structured
Tip: Use clear and descriptive step names (e.g., Contact Info, Qualification, Review) to make your flow easier to manage, especially in longer funnels.
