What You Need

Step 1: Open MCP Settings

Go to Windsurf Settings > MCP, or edit the config file directly at: 
~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json

Step 2: Add the LanderLab Server

Replace ll_live_YOUR_KEY_HERE with your actual API key.

Step 3: Restart Windsurf

Reopen the editor. LanderLab tools will be available in your next session.

Verify the Connection

Open a new session and ask: 
List my LanderLab workspaces
Windsurf will call workspaces_list and return your results.

Example Prompts

  • “List all my landers and their status”
  • “Show analytics for lander X over the last 7 days”
  • “Unpublish lander X”
  • “Show all leads from workspace 1”

Troubleshooting

LanderLab tools not available - Confirm the config file path is correct and the JSON is valid. Restart Windsurf after any change. 401 Unauthorized - The API key is wrong or revoked. Go to Organization > API Keys in LanderLab to check or create a new key.
