# Enable Email Verification for Lead Quality
> Enable email verification to ensure valid email inputs, improve lead quality, and prevent incorrect submissions in your forms.
Email Verification is a built-in feature of the **Email Input Field** that ensures users enter properly formatted email addresses.
This helps improve **lead quality** by preventing invalid or incorrectly formatted emails.

## How to Enable Email Verification
### 1. Open the Quiz Builder
* Go to your landing page
* Click **Open in Editor**
* Open the **Quiz Builder**
* Navigate to the step where the email field is located
### 2. Select the Email Field
* Click on the **Email Input Field**
* The settings panel will open
### 3. Enable Verification
* Scroll to the **Email Verification** setting
* Click **Enable** to activate validation
When enabled, the system will check if the entered email is properly formatted before allowing the user to continue.
To disable verification, click **Disable**.
### 4. Save and Test
* Click **Update**
* **Publish or Republish** your landing page
Test the field by entering:
* Valid email addresses → should pass
* Invalid formats → should be blocked
